Cubs' Chris Coghlan: Out of lineup

Coghlan is out of the lineup Thursday against Miami, Carrie Muskat of MLB.com reports.

Analysis:

Coghlan will sit with Javier Baez manning third base and Kris Bryant getting the start in left field. Coghlan could use a game off as he's been slumping mightily, slashing just .128/.218/.218 over his last 31 games. He's recorded no multi-hit games during that time.
