Johnson is making his 19th start at first base this season with Justin Bour getting a day of rest. Johnson -- who's facing off against Jon Lester on Thursday -- has struggled against lefties this year, posting a .241 batting average. However, Johnson has sported averages above .325 against southpaws each of the last two seasons prior to 2016.
