Brewers' Jonathan Villar: Out of lineup Wednesday

Villar is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against the A's.

Analysis:

After playing in 51 straight games, Villar will get his first day off since April 28 on Wednesday. He has gone 0-for-4 in each of his last two games, so the off day should allow him to collect himself before the Brewers open their weekend series with the Nationals on Friday. Yadiel Rivera will take over at shortstop Wednesday in place of Villar.
