Orioles' Chris Davis: Homers again Sunday

Davis went 1-for-4 with a walk and a two-run shot in Sunday's 10-9 loss to the Blue Jays, his fifth straight game with a home run.

Analysis:

The power surge has Davis up to 16 homers on the season, putting three Orioles in the AL's top 5 (Mark Trumbo leads the league with 20, while Manny Machado also has 16). Davis' 84 strikeouts in 62 games also has him on pace to not just top his own previous high of 208, set last year, but take a run at Mark Reynolds' major league record of 223 strikeouts set in 2009.
