Blue Jays' Jose Bautista: Sitting out third straight game

Bautista (thigh) is out of the lineup Sunday against the Orioles, Brendan Kennedy of the Toronto Star reports.

Analysis:

The Blue Jays don't seem concerned that Bautista's ailing thigh is a major issue, but it will nonetheless confine him to the bench for a third straight game. Ezequiel Carrera will make another stat in place of Bautista, who still could be available as a pinch-hitter off a bench.
