Indians' Joba Chamberlain: Will be activated Monday
Chamberlain (ribs) will be activated from the 15-day DL on Monday, Ryan Lewis of the Akron Beacon Journal reports.
Analysis:
Chamberlain made it through Saturday's simulated game without any apparent setbacks, so he's received clearance from team doctors to rejoin the big club. The right-hander had a 1.93 ERA and 0.85 WHIP over 14 innings prior to hitting the DL.
