Paul Goldschmidt is so hot right now that even his home run balls need to cool off.
The Arizona Diamondbacks slugger, who entered Monday's contest against the Houston Astros hitting .348/.500/.565 over his last seven games, opened the scoring with a home run into the swimming pool at Chase Field.
It was the second splash home run of Goldschmidt's career.
