White Sox's Austin Jackson: Will not start Monday

Jackson (toe) is not in the lineup for Monday's game against the Mets, according to MLB.com's Scott Merkin.

Analysis:

Jackson was forced from Sunday's game due to a case of turf toe, and he will get at least one day to rest and recover. J.B. Shuck was called up Monday to provide some outfield depth with Jackson banged up, and he will get the start in center field in Jackson's place.
