Yankees' Carlos Beltran: Was available off bench Sunday

Beltran (shoulder) indicated he was available to play in Sunday's game against the Rays, the New York Post reports.

Analysis:

Beltran was removed from Saturday's contest after experiencing some tightness in his upper back and was held out of Sunday's lineup, but it sounds as though it's a relatively minor situation. The 39-year-old has found his stroke at the plate of late, swatting three homers in his last five games when healthy.
