Mariners' Evan Scribner: Moved to 60-day DL
Scribner (back) was transferred to the 60-day DL on Sunday.
Analysis:
Scribner has been sidelined since early March due to back problems, so he's already missed the 60-day minimum and can be activated whenever he returns to full health. By moving Scribner to the 60-day DL, the Mariners were able to open up a 40-man roster spot for utilityman Patrick Kivlehan, who was acquired from the Rangers on Sunday.
