Red Sox's Blake Swihart: Gets day off Saturday

Swihart was not in the linuep for Saturday's game against Toronto. Chris Young got the start Saturday against right-hander Marcus Stroman.

Analysis:

Swihart, who is 3-for-19 since getting called up to Boston to be its primary left fielder, struck out three times Friday and is "kind of feeling for some things right now," manager John Farrell told the Boston Globe.
