Nationals' Ben Revere: Out of the lineup Wednesday

Revere is out of the lineup for Wednesday's matchup with the Mets, William Ladson of MLB.com reports.

Analysis:

Revere will get a day of rest in favor of Michael Taylor after hitting his first homer of the season on Tuesday, as manager Dusty Baker packs the lineup with right-handers against lefty starter Steven Matz. Revere has been improving since his return from the disabled list, but is still slashing just .200/.250/.329 this season.
