Blue Jays' Troy Tulowitzki: Leaves Tuesday with quad tightness

Tulowitzki left Tuesday's game with right quad tightness and will be re-evaluated Wednesday, Sportsnet's Shi Davidi reports.

Analysis:

Things were pretty dire, as Russell Martin came in to play second base, with Ryan Goins shifting over to shortstop. Tulowitzki dealt with some quad issues this time last year, and ended up missing two games with the issue, but it's unclear at this point how serious the latest ailment will be. If Tulowitzki misses further time, Goins and Darwin Barney are the only players on the active roster capable of playing shortstop.
