Yankees' Alex Rodriguez: To play at least one more rehab game

Rodriguez (hamstring) is slated to play at least one more rehab game at Double-A Trenton beyond Tuesday, Brendan Kuty of The Star-Ledger reports.

Analysis:

Rodriguez was initially expected to return to the Yankees on Tuesday, but the team instead sent him to Trenton for a brief rehab stint. Rodriguez will DH for the Thunder on Tuesday and will appear in at least one more game, likely Wednesday, before making his return to the major league club. It's also possible the Yankees could keep Rodriguez on rehab through Thursday, when Trenton finishes up a four-game homestand.
