Rangers' Drew Stubbs: Heads to 15-day DL

Stubbs (toe) was placed on the 15-day DL with a left toe sprain.

Analysis:

Stubbs exited Sunday's game against Houston with the toe injury, and it's turned out to be rather serious. Joey Gallo was recalled in a corresponding roster move to replace the 31-year-old outfielder.
