Bartolo Colon has been taken to court by a woman who claims Colon failed to pay child support for his two secret love children - a 7-year-old daughter and an 8-year-old son, according to the New York Post's Julia Marsh.

The New York Mets' right-hander, who has earned more than $100 million in his career, has been married to his wife, Rosanna, for 21 years. She said she was aware of the whole situation.

The 42-year-old has spoken openly about his four sons with his wife - Bartolo Jr., Emilio, Wilder, and Randy - but he's never publicly acknowledged his fifth son or daughter.

The suit was filed a year ago demanding child support, and on Monday, Colon and Santos appeared in Manhattan court in a filing titled "Anonymous v. Anonymous."

"Mr. Colon obviously is a very talented baseball player and he earns a significant income, and we believe that his children should share in the lifestyle they would have enjoyed had their parents remained together," Santos' attorney Evan Schein said.

The "anonymous" front, which was granted by a judge, was blown by Colon after he briefly represented himself in the custody dispute. His name was listed as an attorney, but ultimately, he showed up.

Colon's wife was reached at their New Jersey home, but refused to comment on the matter.

"I can't talk about that," she told The Post. "This is personal and not something I want to talk about."

Colon is scheduled to pitch against the Washington Nationals on Wednesday, but is due back in court with Santos in June.
