Believe it or not, there are some people out there who vehemently side with Rougned Odor's decision to sock Jose Bautista.

So much so, that some fans took it upon themselves to start a GoFundMe campaign to pay for the fine MLB is bound to issue Odor after Sunday's theatrics.

The goal is $10,000, and the description makes it pretty clear the creator doesn't condone violence and believes brawlers around the league should be reprimanded. In this case, though, the creator is convinced that an exception should be made.

"Rougie is gritty," the first bullet point says. "He plays with a lot of heart, and despite being young (22) and undersized, he plays harder, and often generates more production, than some of MLB's biggest names."

The page goes on to list three more reasons: The bat flip is a non-issue, Bautista "is a whinny little b----," and Odor gets paid far less than Bautista, so his fine shouldn't be as steep.

For what it's worth, the campaign has raised $150, adding "whatever money Rougie doesn't accept or exceeds the goal will be donated to the Texas Rangers Foundation."
