Watch: Rangers fans chant 'USA' after Odor's punch

Rougned Odor may be from Venezuela, but the entire crowd at Globe LIfe Park in Arlington backed the Texas Rangers second baseman with a gigantic USA chant after he clocked Jose Bautista with a right hand during an altercation Sunday.

The punch, which caused social media to erupt, caught Bautista by surprise.

"I was pretty surprised," Bautista said of the punch. "I mean, obviously, that's the only reason that he got me and he got me pretty good, so I have to give him that. It takes a little bit bigger man to knock me down.

"I thought it was pretty cowardly of them to wait until my last at-bat to do that, in the whole series. They could have come out and done it if they just wanted to kind of send a message. It shows a little bit more of their colors."

Both clubs are currently awaiting possible suspensions from Major League Baseball after the raucous affair.
