Analysis:

Josh Thole will step in behind the plate to catch for starter R.A. Dickey, as he typically does when the knuckleballer takes the mound. The season-long slump for Martin continues -- an 0-for-4 Wednesday dropped his line to .160/.221/.170 -- but the 33-year-old will get plenty of chances to iron things out.
