Pirates' Jung Ho Kang: Bangs out third homer in five games

Kang went 2-for-3 with a solo homer and two runs against the Reds on Wednesday. He was also hit by a pitch.

Analysis:

Over five games (four starts) since returning from his season-opening DL stint, Kang has looked poised to build on last season's immensely successful rookie campaign, slugging three homers and driving in six runs already. The Pirates will keep taking it slow with him for a little while, but it won't be too long until the hard-hitting Korean is back out there on a daily basis.
