Watch: Cueto strikes out attempting to kiss Reynolds

All Johnny Cueto wanted to do was spread some love.

Instead, all the San Francisco Giants hurler got was a stone cold rejection from Colorado Rockies infielder Mark Reynolds after being tagged out along the first-base line.

At the time, the 30-year-old pitcher had just recorded 16 straight scoreless innings against the Rockies, so we can understand his over-enthusiasm.

Credit to Cueto, though: you miss 100 percent of the shots you don't take.
