Red Sox's Brock Holt: Likely on bench against White Sox

Holt is expected to be out of the starting lineup for some if not all of Boston's three-game series in Chicago against the White Sox, who are scheduled to start three left-handers.

Analysis:

The series against the White Sox is an ideal spot for Chris Young, who was signed in the offseason for his ability to hit left-handed pitching. Young's likely landing spot is left field in place of Holt, but he could also get a start in center for Jackie Bradley.
