Full credit to the New York Yankees for making their fans' happiness the priority, no matter what city they're in.

Tracen Visage - a 13-year-old from Coppell, Texas, who is currently battling kidney failure - is a huge fan of the Yankees. Tracen's baseball coach, Kevin Brand, is the son of former major leaguer Ron Brand, who occasionally helps his son with the team. Using his connections in MLB, Rob contacted the Texas-bound Yankees and general manager Brian Cashman to propose a meeting between the team and Tracen.

The Bronx Bombers were quick to make it happen.

"When you have the ability to do something like that, you do it," Brand said, according to Marc Ramirez of The Dallas Morning News. "He's an inspiration to me."

Tracen is in need of a new kidney due to end-stage renal failure, however, doctors want him to put on at least 10 more pounds before they can go through with a transplant. Still, despite his hardships, the 13-year-old didn't hide any excitement during the special meet-and-greet.

"It's pretty amazing," he said. "It's a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. I just look up to these guys so much."
