The Blue Jays swapped finesse for power in a pair of bullpen moves Wednesday, optioning Pat Venditte down to Triple-A Buffalo and recalling the hard-throwing Tepera. Over eight appearances at Triple-A Buffalo this season, Tepera has struggled a bit, allowing seven earned runs over 8.2 innings pitched. That said, Tepera does bring a mid-90s fastball that will be a welcome addition to the Toronto bullpen.
