Davis rocks Kimbrel to keep Orioles undefeated

Red Sox closer Craig Kimbrel allowed the first three-run homer of his career Monday when Baltimore slugger Chris Davis drilled a tiebreaking blast in the top of the ninth to power the undefeated Orioles to a 9-7 win at Fenway Park.

The dramatic win improves the Orioles - the majors' only team without a loss - to 6-0 for the first time since the franchise moved to Baltimore.

Davis' homer - a 426-foot rocket to center field off a 97-mph fastball - was just the 19th homer allowed by Kimbrel in 358 career appearances.
