Adidas unveils vintage Jackie Robinson Day cleats
Once a year, every major leaguer pays homage to Jackie Robinson in their hearts and on their backs, but this year a few players will honor him on their feet.
Adidas has unveiled special cleats that will be used on April 15. Every player from UCLA, Robinson's alma mater, will wear them, along with Adidas MLB players such as Kris Bryant and Carlos Correa.

The shoes are designed with the No. 42 on the inside of the cleat and newspaper headlines around the rest of it.
Two Robinson quotes will also be featured on the sock liner of the shoe, reading: "Above anything else, I hate to lose," and "A life is not important except in the impact it has on other lives."
Adidas won't sell the shoe to the public.
