This will be just the second series the White Sox have ever played against the Mets in New York, after splitting a pair of games at Citi Field in May 2013. The White Sox lead the all-time series versus the Mets, 4-3.

After getting swept at Kansas City this weekend, the White Sox have lost six in a row and 14 of their last 18 games. A 6.0-game lead in the AL Central entering May 10 has evaporated into a 1.0-game deficit and a third-place standing in the division.

The Mets mustered just eight hits and three runs while losing their last two games to the Dodgers. New York is now 14-10 at Citi Field, just a half-game better than its 14-11 mark on the road.

Adam Eaton went 3-for-4 on Sunday to push his road batting average back up to .340 this season. That's 108 points higher than his .232 mark at U.S. Cellular Field. All three of Eaton's three-hit games have come away from home.

Jose Quintana has been supported by a grand total of three runs (1.40 per nine innings) while losing his last three starts. Quintana has never faced the Mets in his career, but is 5-7 with a 2.60 ERA in 16 starts versus the National League.

Matt Harvey enters Monday's start with an ERA of 6.08, which is the second highest among National League qualifiers (minimum 1.0 IP per team game). His seven losses are tied with Jared Eickhoff and Phil Hughes for the most in the majors.
