Oakland swept the first meeting between these teams at Safeco Field this season, holding Seattle to just four runs in the three games. The three-game streak is the A's longest winning streak in Seattle since 2012 (four).

Hill escaped a no-out, bases loaded jam in the second and settled in for eight innings to win his fourth straight start and the Oakland Athletics beat the Seattle Mariners 5-0 on Monday night to end a four-game skid.
