The Cardinals took two of three from the Brewers in St. Louis, April 13-16. And they won seven of the 10 meetings in Milwaukee last season.

St. Louis is coming off a 4-1 road victory over the Nationals on Thursday. It was the 10th time this season that the Cardinals have allowed two or fewer runs in a game (8-2); that is the most in the majors.
