The Toronto Blue Jays, still without a manager after John Farrell left for Boston, have interest in starting pitcher Scott Baker, according to Jon Paul Morosi of Fox Sports.

Baker, who had his $9.25 million option for 2013 declined by the Minnesota Twins, missed the entire 2012 season after undergoing Tommy John surgery.

In his seven seasons in Minnesota, Baker compiled a 63-48 record with a 4.15 ERA.
