Report: Castro agrees to seven-year extension with Cubs

The Chicago Cubs and shortstop Starlin Castro have reportedly agreed to terms on a seven-year extension worth $60 million, according to ESPN.
Citing "a source close to the star shortstop," the report states that the deal would also include an option for $16 million in 2020.
Castro has spent the past three seasons with the Cubs. In 400 career games, the 21-year-old has recorded 202 runs, 165 RBI, 51 steals, with a .297 batting average.
