VIDEO: Karim Benzema notches 100th La Liga goal with cheeky back-heel effort

Real Madrid striker Karim Benzema has scored his 100th La Liga goal in spectacular fashion on Saturday, pulling off a cheeky back-heel effort to give his team a 1-0 lead over Deportivo La Coruna.

Benzema got his flick on in the 15th minute of play, as a corner kick bounced off the head of a Deportivo player and landed in front of Sergio Ramos. The Madrid captain attempted to volley the ball but his effort found Benzema in front of goal instead.
The French striker slotted home with ease.
New club manager Zinedine Zidane will undoubtedly be quite pleased with how his tenure has started at the Santiago Bernabeu, as Benzema scored Real's first goal under his watch.
