Mascherano to miss Tuesday's match vs. Roma with thigh injury

Barcelona defender Javier Mascherano will not play in Tuesday's Champions League tie against Roma as he deals with bruising to his thigh.
Manager Luis Enrique confirmed that Mascherano skipped training ahead of the match after leaving El Clasico prematurely on the weekend.
"We're not going to risk a key player. He took a bad knock to his quadriceps," Enrique said at news conference.
Barcelona has a healthy five-point lead atop Group E, with at least a draw at Camp Nou against Roma guaranteeing a spot in the knockout round.
