When an agent's client is one of two players in Europe's top five leagues to have tallied 14 goals this season, he or she should expect a phone call from Real Madrid.

Cezary Cucharsky, the agent of Robert Lewandowski, admitted Sunday that his client is attracting interest from Los Blancos, who, according to Marca, will be signing one, if not two, new centre-forwards at the end of the campaign.

"You cannot deny that there is interest from Real Madrid," Cucharsky said.

Lewandowski has scored 14 goals through 11 Bundesliga appearances at Bayern Munich this season, as well as another four goals in the Champions League. Most notably, he found the back of the net five times in nine minutes during Bayern's 5-1 thrashing of VfL Wolfsburg in September.

The Polish forward was reportedly first approached by Real Madrid while he was featuring at Borussia Dortmund, however by that time he had already committed his future to Bayern. He was apparently then approached again last summer. On both occasions the advances allegedly came from two people in which Real Madrid's president, Florentino Perez, had full confidence, but who weren't employed by the club in order to avoid any issues with Bayern.

In addition to Lewandowski, Alvaro Morata, sold to Juventus last summer, is also being linked with a return to the Santiago Bernabeu. Perez hinted at such a scenario in September, saying: "We could bring him (back). It is developing, and at the end of the season we could pay €10 million more than we sold him for (around €22 million)."
