Former CONCACAF president and suspended FIFA vice president Jeffrey Webb is facing fresh allegations of corruption, as he is accused of wrongdoing in his native Cayman Islands.

Webb, who was arrested by Swiss authorities at the request of the FBI as part of the sweeping series of indictments that rocked the world football governing body in May, has been charged with defrauding the nation's healthcare system, according to Reuters.

A warrant for his arrest has been issued in the Caribbean nation, as well as a request for his extradition from Switzerland, where he's being detained by local authorities for his connection to soccer's global bribery scandal.

Webb faces two charges of conspiracy to defraud and one charge of breach of trust for his connection to the CarePay card swipe payment system at the Cayman Health Services Authority, according to the country's Anti-Corruption Commission.

An alleged associate of Webb's, Canover Watson, who's also a football official in the Cayman Islands, was charged with fraud and money laundering in connection with the CarePay system, according to Reuters.
