The rumours are true.
In conversation with Portuguese newspaper Record de Portugal, Miguel Angel Moya's agent, Manolo Garcia Quilon, confirmed FC Porto have indeed expressed interest in his client, who is far from being guaranteed the position of first-choice keeper at Atletico Madrid next season.
"All I can say is that it's true that Porto are interested," Quilon said, according to Spanish daily AS.
Moya made 27 appearances and kept 12 clean sheets in La Liga last season but ultimately lost his role when an injury forced Jan Oblak to take over between the posts. At Porto, the Spanish shot-stopper would almost certainly be assured of being the club's first-choice keeper.
