Ronaldo surpasses club legend Di Stefano for 2nd on Real Madrid's all-time scoring list

Watch out, Raul. Cristiano Ronaldo is coming.

The Portuguese star recorded yet another hat-trick in Real Madrid's 4-1 victory over Espanyol on Sunday, and in the process surpassed club legend Alfredo Di Stefano for second on the team's all-time scoring list.

While his trio of goals were not enough to keep Barcelona from securing the La Liga crown - the Blaugrana did so by virtue of their 1-0 win over Atletico Madrid in a concurrent match - it did help to remind the world just how absurd Ronaldo's season has been in front of goal.

With one match remaining in the campaign, Ronaldo has scored 45 league goals and sits four ahead of perennial rival Lionel Messi. The Pichichi won't alleviate the disappointment of losing the league crown, but it's impossible to deny the fact that it's an impressive feat nonetheless.
