Cristiano Ronaldo, who watched earlier in the day as Lionel Messi scored twice to move past him in the race for the Pichichi, has answered back with a pair of goals of his own to reclaim the league scoring lead.
Ronaldo, who came into the contest with 39 tallies to his name, found the net twice in two minutes against Sevilla, giving his side a 2-0 lead and leapfrogging his perennial rival in the process.
