Look: Ronaldo puts Real Madrid into semis with 2 offside goals
Bayern Munich will be furious.
In the final minute of the opening half of extra time on Tuesday, Cristiano Ronaldo scored his 99th Champions League goal to put Real Madrid on the brink of the semi-finals.
It was a typically composed finish from the Portuguese, but replays showed that the tally, which gave Los Blancos a 4-3 lead on aggregate in the gripping tie, was clearly offside.
To make matters worse for the Bundesliga club, Ronaldo completed his hat-trick on the other side of the interval to make it 5-3 to the Spanish side on aggregate, and once again, he looked to be a fraction offside.
