Ronaldo scores trademark header in 700th club appearance

Cristiano Ronaldo marked his 700th club appearance with a classic tally on Wednesday, the Portuguese superstar rising majestically to find the net with a thumping header late in the opening half against Valencia.
The 32-year-old, who has played for Sporting Lisbon, Manchester United, and Real Madrid in his club career, has now scored 509 goals in those 700 contests.

The marker got Los Blancos back into the encounter after a pair of early goals gave Valencia a dream start.
