Juventus confirms details of Zaza's loan deal at Valencia
Juventus did indeed bank €2 million for shipping Simone Zaza to Valencia on loan.
On Monday, Juventus confirmed Zaza has joined Valencia until June 30 for a fee of €2 million, although the payment may increase by a further €2 million if certain conditions are met during the course of the Italian forward's contract. Should the 25-year-old make a certain number of first-team appearances, Los Che will definitively acquire the player's registration rights for €16 million, to be paid in two financial years.
In other words, Valencia could end up paying €20 million for Zaza if all the conditions of the transfer are met.
The €2-million fee was reported by Sky Sports' Paul Vinnell on Sunday, the same day Valencia completed the signing of Zaza after the product of Atalanta passed a medical.
Zaza is arriving in Spain following a loan spell at West Ham United that ended with 11 appearances in all competitions and zero goals.
