Shared duties: Real Madrid scoring by committee

Reuters

Variety is the spice of life, and in the world of football, few know that better than Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane.

With 17 matches played in all competitions, Real has found goals from 19 players.

Only Casemiro - who has played just three times as he recovers from a broken fibula - and Fabio Coentrao - who has played just once, in the Champions League against Legia Warsaw - have failed to score among the outfield players. Joining them are shot-stoppers Keylor Navas, Kiko Casilla, and Ruben Yanez, all of whom have come up short in an attempt to channel their inner Rogerio Ceni.

In all competitions - including a 3-1 Spanish Super Cup victory over Sevilla - Los Blancos have scored 53 goals, with its highest output being a 7-1 Copa Del Rey drubbing of third-tier Cultural Leonesa. Of those 53 tallies, two were own goals, and the rest were spread among 19 outfield players.
