Watch: Messi curses at Valencia fans after Neymar struck with bottle
Emotions were high at the Mestalla on Saturday, with the typically mild-mannered Lionel Messi launching what seemed to be a foul-mouthed rant aimed at Valencia supporters who threw debris at a group of Barcelona players celebrating a last-second win.
After Messi slotted home a 94th-minute penalty to secure a 3-2 comeback win, Neymar was struck in the face with a plastic water bottle.

In response, the Argentine kicked his celebration into high gear, pumping his fists exuberantly. Understandably incensed, he then appeared to hurl some vitriolic words in the direction of the crowd.
Barcelona manager Luis Enrique downplayed the incident after the match, quoted by ESPN FC as saying, "We've celebrated a goal as you have to celebrate a winning goal against a rival that's made things so difficult."
