Zenit St. Petersburg sign Brazilian striker Hulk, Witsel

Zenit St. Petersburg made have made a big splash by signing Brazilian striker Hulk and Belgian midfielder Axel Witsel to five-year deals.

Citing a team source, Reuters reported that the Russian club paid Portuguese clubs Porto and Benfica 40 million euros each to secure the players before signing both players to five-year contracts.

Hulk, 26, was long rumoured to be on the move to Chelsea before Zenit swooped in.
