Diop joins Levante

Valencia, Spain (Sports Network) - Levante announced Thursday that it has signed midfielder Papa Diop from Racing for an undisclosed fee.

Diop joins Levante on a three-year deal. He came up through the Rennes youth system before moving to Tours FC in France and eventually Gimnastic Tarragona in Spain.

The 26-year-old has been capped by the Senegalese national team four times.
