Chapecoense's fallen 'warriors' remembered in touching video

Of all the tributes that have poured in since news broke that a plane carrying Brazilian club Chapecoense had crashed, few will tug at the heartstrings like the video released by the Serie A outfit on Tuesday.

After 19 of the 22 players on board perished in the crash that claimed 71 total lives, Chapecoense tweeted a touching video of the team celebrating their victory to reach the Copa Sudamerica finals.

The two-minute video was accompanied by a caption that read: "Let this be the last image of our warriors."
