We're looking for the kind of girl who can catch a football, who chooses Superbowl parties over wine and cheese, hockey games over heals, tennis over tanning, Score TV over Sex in the City.

The top three finalists will be flown to Toronto for a professional photo shoot for the pages of UMM and the chance to prove they've got what it takes on camera. Once all of the ballots are tallied, the grand prize winner will receive a contract position to appear on an exciting new show on The Score.

Rules and Regulations

OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES
1. ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible, you must be a resident of Canada and nineteen years of age or older. You are not eligible if you are an employee of The Score or UMM, their respective affiliates, or a member of the immediate family (defined as parents, siblings, children and spouse, regardless of where they live) or household (whether related or not) of any of the above persons.
2. HOW TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. MUST BE 19 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. Contestants will complete an entry application as per the instructions below for a chance to appear on an exciting new show on The Score. Sponsors will not be responsible for illegible, incomplete, lost, misdirected or late entries, submissions or votes which will be void. Any use of automated devices is prohibited.
APPLICANT ENTRY: The Contest begins on 12:00:01am (ET) on May 21, 2008 and ends on 11:59:59pm (ET) on October 31, 2008 (the “Contest Period”). To enter, visit www.thescore.com/hottie (the "Contest Website", click on the links to the Hardcore Hottie Contest and follow the instructions to create a profile. Entrants will be required to complete the online entry form, and submit photos, to be eligible to win. The Sponsor will be looking for candidates who are representative of the values, positioning and reputation of the Score and UMM brands. All fields on the entry form that will accompany the Submission must be completed unless they are indicated as optional. Limit: Entrants are permitted to apply once. Submissions submitted and/or received in any other manner or format other than what is outlined here will not be accepted. Submissions may only be entered and/or uploaded by the entrant themselves. Any entrants uploading or entering Submissions of or for people other than themselves or that contain images for which they do not have permission to use, will be disqualified. Submissions must be tasteful and must not display any illegal, immoral or offensive words, activities or images, as determined by the Sponsors in their sole discretion. All Submissions will be screened by an independent moderator prior to posting on the Contest Website to ensure that Submission Criteria have been met. Sponsor reserves the right to (i) edit Submissions to comply with the Submission Criteria; or, (ii) refuse to post any Submissions that do not meet the Submission Criteria. Entrants who do not comply with these Official Rules or the Terms of Use of the Contest Website will be removed from the Contest Website and the Entrant disqualified.
3. PRIZE: There is 1 (one) Grand Prize available to be won, consisting of the opportunity to appear on an exciting new show on The Score, a photo shoot with a UMM photographer and a 3 night trip to Toronto. Sponsor reserves the right to amend the duties and roles as necessary throughout the day of the Event. The approximate odds of winning are based on the number of entries received and the number of votes cast for each entrant. The top 3 finalists will then be chosen by a panel of Score and UMM judges from the most voted for contestants.
Prize must be accepted as awarded without substitution and will have no cash surrender value. No prize substitution, assignment or transfer of prizes permitted, except at the Contest Sponsor's sole discretion. The Contest Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of comparable value or greater value without liability. All costs and expenses not specifically included above as part of each prize, including, without limitation, all applicable taxes, insurance, and any other personal and incidental expenses, are the sole responsibility of each winner.

Contestants acknowledge that Contest Sponsor, all involved advertising and promotional agencies, the independent contest organization, other suppliers providing prizes or other materials or services in connection with this Contest, anyone else involved in the development or execution of this Contest, each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliated companies and each of and their respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (the “Releasees”) have not made, nor are in any manner responsible, for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including but not limited to, its quality, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Further, no responsibilities are accepted for any additional expenses, omissions, delays, re-routing, or acts of any government or authority.

POTENTIAL WINNERS:
All potential winners are subject to verification by the Contest Sponsor, whose decisions are final. The Contest Sponsor shall solely determine any form of verification. A contestant is not a winner of any prize unless and until the contestant’s eligibility and the potential winning entry has been verified and the contestant has been notified that verification is complete. The Contest Sponsor will not accept screen shots, affidavits or other evidence of winning in lieu of its validation process.

Potential winners will be notified that their entry has been selected via email sent within three (3) business days following the drawing. In order to be confirmed as a winner, each selected entrant must have complied with, and remain in compliance with, these Official Rules. The chosen winner and their chosen guest will be provided with a standard declaration of eligibility, a liability release and, where legal, a publicity release form (the “Release Forms”), and any other documentation that Contest Sponsor may require. The Release Forms confirm compliance with these Official Rules, acceptance of the prize as awarded, and release the Releasees from any and all liability in connection with a prize, or any part of a prize, or this Contest. To be declared a Grand Prize Winner, each selected entrant and his/her guest must then complete, sign and return the Release Forms and such other documentation that Contest Sponsor may require, and Contest Sponsor must be in receipt of all such documents, within the time frames specified by Contest Sponsor. In all cases, Contest Sponsor reserves the right to request proof of identity, residency, age and parenthood/guardianship, and a winner will be deemed to have forfeited the prize if Sponsors, in their sole discretion, find that the proof is unsatisfactory.

If the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or if a selected entrant cannot be personally contacted within three (3) days of the draw date, fails to correctly answer the mathematical skill-testing question, does not execute and return to Contest Sponsor the Release Forms and such other documentation as Contest Sponsor may require within the time frames specified by Contest Sponsor, or does not otherwise comply with these Official Rules, the selected entrant will be disqualified and another entrant will be randomly selected and confirmed a winner in accordance with these Official Rules.

Entrants are responsible for insuring that all mailing and email information is up-to-date and accurate.

ODDS:
The odds of winning the Grand Prize depends on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period and the number of votes cast for each entrants.

PUBLICITY:
Except where prohibited, participation in this Contest constitutes consent to the use by the Releasees of a winner’s name, likeness, voice, opinions and biographical information for publicity, advertising, trade or promotional purposes in any media or manner, now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, without further payment, consideration, notice or approval.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION:
The Contest Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion, to modify, cancel, terminate, and/or suspend the Contest and to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner. Without limiting the foregoing, the Contest Sponsor may lock out an entrant who, in the Contest Sponsor's sole judgment, has been disqualified, has questionable eligibility or is otherwise ineligible to enter.

A PERSON WHO ATTEMPTS DELIBERATELY TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION OR TO ALTER OR DAMAGE A WEBSITE MAY BE SUBJECT TO CIVIL AND/OR CRIMINAL PENALTIES AND FINES; AND CONTEST SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Without limiting the foregoing, the Contest Sponsor reserves the right to, without prior notice and at any time, remove participants or terminate this Contest, in whole or in part, or modify this Contest in any way, should any factor interfere with its proper conduct or impair the administration, security, integrity and fairness of play (as intended) of the Contest. All entries become the property of the Contest Sponsor and will not be returned.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless the Releasees from any and all liability or any injuries, loss, claims or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in this Contest or acceptance, use, misuse or nonuse of any prize or parts thereof, including, without limitation, liability for death, personal injury, damage or loss of any kind. Without limiting the foregoing, the Releasees are not responsible for: (i) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment, hardware, software or programming associated or used with the Contest; (ii) technical errors, defects, delays or failures of any kind, including without limitation malfunctions, interruptions or disconnections in communications lines, Internet or website access, hardware or software; (iii) digital or electronic disruptions, e.g., viruses other security breaches; (iv) unauthorized human intervention, e.g., hacking; (v) technical or human error which may occur in connection with any aspect of the Contest; (vi) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from an entrant’s or guest’s participation in the Contest, or receipt or use of any prize; and (vii) lost, incomplete, illegible or garbled entries, mail or transmissions, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, miscommunications, computer virus, bugs, worms, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, failed computer hardware or software or telephone transmissions or other errors or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human or electronic.
