Habs' Diaz has concussion

Montreal Canadiens defenceman Raphael Diaz is suffering from a concussion that he suffered in Monday's overtime loss to Ottawa, head coach Michel Therrien said Wednesday.

Diaz didn't dress in Montreal's 5-2 win over the Maple Leafs on Wednesday night and was replaced in the lineup by Tomas Kaberle.

The Canadiens are already without Rene Bourque for an indefinite period of time after the forward also sustained a concussion.

Diaz has 13 points in 19 games so far this season for the first place Canadiens.
