Report: Votto still unsure about playing in WBC

Cicinnati Reds first baseman Joey Votto has not decided if he will play for Team Canada in the upcoming World Baseball Classic, according to John Fay.

Votto, who underwent knee surgery last season, reported to Reds camp "feeling good" but still needs to settle insurance issues before he can play. All indications lean towards him wanted to play, although his long-term health for the Reds organization is what comes first.

The deadline for final rosters are due Wednesday.
