Toronto Raptors' Rookie Jonas Valanciunas left the in the third quarter of Tuesday's game against the Indiana Pacers with an an apparent hand injury after being tossed to the floor by Pacers forward Tyler Hansbrough,
Valanciunas, who had a double double with 12 points and 12 boards, has already missed 18 games this season with a fractured finger.
In 31 games this year, Valanciunas is averaging 7.1 points and 4.9 rebounds per game.
